Gillian Graham

Born in St Andrews, Gillian graduated from Dundee University and has pursued a career in pensions. She spent several years working in pensions administration in South Africa in the 1990s and then joined the Punter Southall Group in 1999. Latterly she was a Client Director of Vidett, a leading professional pension trustee and governance company. Gillian was a professional trustee and chaired a key governance service line, but retired from Vidett early in 2025.

Gillian is a fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) and an accredited professional trustee. She has been an employer appointed trustee to the 3 Church of Scotland pension schemes since 2022 and is currently Chair of the Risk Group.

Outside of work Gillian enjoys travel, walking, and playing golf.
