This is a newly created role to champion and to lead a major programme to transform the attitudes to and implementation of health and safety matters at a congregational level, by providing direct support and encouragement to congregational office-bearers on health and safety issues in a constructive, practical and proportionate way.

It is expected that although based in Edinburgh the post holder will spend a significant amount of time "on the road".

We are looking for someone with relevant professional qualifications and proven ability to work in a complex health and safety environment with excellent people skills.
