HR Manager – Organisational Development
Salary: £37,929 - £41,600 per annum pro rata
Location: Edinburgh
Hours: Part Time: 17.5 hours per week

We have an exciting and challenging new opportunity for an HR Manager with a specialism and interest in organisational development.
Working in partnership with the HR Manager – Operations, you'll provide information, advice and services working with the Departments and Councils across 3 employing agencies of the Church of Scotland. You'll lead the delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change in line with strategic and operational plans.
You'll have recent and relevant experience of working in a similar role gained within a complex and/or diverse organisation. You'll have a solid HR background, up to date knowledge of best practice and experience of managing resources and projects. You'll have an ability to engage a range of individuals, and to adopt a partnership approach to working. You'll be professionally resilient, credible, solution-focused and have an ability to use your creative thinking and approaches to bring about change.
