Overview

The Church of Scotland's Go For It Fund supports a wide range of locally-based church and community initiatives.

The role will play a key part in the Go For It Fund team which aims to encourage creative ways of working in the projects it supports to develop the life and mission of the local church, and transform both communities and congregations.

You will have a strong background in designing and delivering a wide range of creative and accessible training materials and opportunities, combined with a wide awareness and understanding of the life and ministry of local congregations as you will work to provide training, resources and support for congregations and groups applying to the Go For It Fund.

It is essential that you have highly developed interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a commitment to the values and aims of the Church and the Go For It Fund.
