Children's Development Worker

Salary: £31,163 to £34,735 per annum

You will support and stimulate the Church to develop and nurture learning, mission and discipleship of children through the provision of support and resources across the Church at national, regional and local levels.

With a clear vision for mission and discipleship as a priority for the Church, particularly with regards to ministry with children, you will demonstrate recent experience of working with children in the church context, and delivering training and developing resources for those serving in children's ministry.

A sound communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and network with other agencies, you will also effectively plan and organise your work to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
