Facilities Management
The Facilities Management department is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Church Offices at 121 George Street, Edinburgh.
Its remit includes:
- management of a maintenance budget for the upkeep of the Church Offices
- responsibility for all aspects of health and safety for staff, visitors and contractors working in the building
- managing a team of staff providing the offices with security, reception, mail room, print room, switchboard, day-to-day maintenance services and committee room bookings, and
- overseeing all sub-contracted services such as catering, cleaning, boiler-room maintenance, intruder alarm, fire alarms and lift
