Together for a Change
INTRODUCTION
Together for a Change is about giving people a unique
opportunity. Through local churches we will bring together
people from poor communities (two in Scotland two in
the developing world) to share one another's experiences,
to learn from one another and to make practical suggestions
about how we might do things differently.
Together we aim to:
- work alongside people living in poverty in Scotland
and the developing world as part of our gospel commitment
to follow Jesus
- explore the relationship between poverty in Scotland
and poverty in the developing world
- increase involvement of people experiencing poverty
in the developing world
- raise awareness about poverty and promote positive
change in wider society
