CrossReach
There are a range of volunteering opportunities at CrossReach
- the Social Care Council. Our Christian ethos statement
is at the heart of our organisation making a positive
difference to the work we do:
Our motivation is rooted in our relationship with
and faith in Jesus Christ. As recipients of His unconditional
love and grace we desire to serve others in His name.
His example is our model for all that we are and do.
We strive to reflect Him as an organisation, in the
services we offer and in our relationships with each
other.

For more information about CrossReach and full contact
detail for those wishing to offer their gifts to help
the council to provide essential social care services,

The Well Asian Advice Centre
|
The Well is a drop-in centre administered
by Glasgow Presbytery, staffed by three full-time
workers and a 30-strong volunteer team drawn from
local churches. |
It offers advice and information to Glasgow's Asian communities
as a means of facilitating relationships between the Christian
staff and their neighbours of other faiths. While The
Well has a clear commitment to mission, its ethos is very
much based on listening to people and accepting people
for who they are as an integral part of Christian witness.
The Well would welcome your support in prayer, financially
or as a volunteer.
For more information you can email
info@the-well.clara.co.uk or telephone 0141 424 4523.
