Climate change campaigners congratulated for efforts

Climate change is one of the most pressing issues of our time and Church of Scotland members are at the forefront of campaigning for a more just world.

The Kirk's Climate Change Officer Adrian Shaw has just taken part in an international "webinar" titled "The Paris Agreement: What's Next? Grassroots voices and the fight for climate justice" to reflect on the outcome of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris in December.

Eco-Congregation Scotland's Eco baton - made from a recycled church pew - was taken to the French capital after criss-crossing Scotland last year, visiting around 100 churches of different traditions and denominations, schools and other groups.
