Soweta Gospel Choir

Venue: Assembly Hall, Edinburgh
| Coming to the Edinburgh Festival in August? The multi award-winning Soweta Gospel Choir is making a special return to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival at the Assembly Hall, joined by the Bala Brothers, a group of 3 brothers from outside Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape. |

The Choir was recently included in the line-up of African and international artists for the FIFA World Cup Kick-Off Concert.

Scottish Reformation - Marking the Legacy, Imagining the Future
Date: 3 November 2010
Venue: Storytelling Centre, Edinburgh
A day conference hosted by the Joint Commission on Doctrine (Church of Scotland and Roman Catholic Church) with speakers including Professor Tom Devine and Rev Dr Alan Falconer, and followed by a service in St Giles Cathedral with guest preacher Very Rev Dr John Miller.
