Consultation about the General Assembly
Following a number of changes to the General Assembly over
recent years, the Assembly Arrangements Committee felt that
this would now be a good time to consult the Church more widely
on the role and style of the General Assembly. This proposal
was accepted by the Assembly in May this year.
An extract from the Assembly Arrangements Committee' report
about the consultation, and the pro-forma for completion by
Presbyteries and Kirk Sessions are available to download below.
Responses are requested by the end of December 2008.
The documents are available to download below in Word [.doc],
or PDF [.pdf] formats.
To view PDF documents we recommend using Adobe Reader software, which is available to download for free from the Adobe website.

Minutes from this committee are currently not available online.
