Central Fabric Fund

The Central Fabric Fund regulations provide for a grant, or the final balance of a grant, to be drawn down once the work for which it was voted has been completed upon the presentation of a certified statement of expenditure incurred and the income available to meet it.  

When you are ready to apply either for the whole grant or for the final balance, I would be grateful if you could complete the following statement before returning it to the Secretary’s Department duly signed.
