Guidelines from the Safeguarding
Office for taking and using photographs of children
Authorisation to use people's images must be granted. Images
of children who are under the age of 16 must be accompanied
by a signed authorisation form by their parent or guardian.
This form is available online here in Word [.doc], rich text
[.rtf] and portable document [.pdf] formats:
