Presentations
Presenting issues and events using computer slideshows
and videos is an excellent way to discover world church
issues. We currently have the following presentations
available:

Dreams Still Alive and After the South Asian
Earthquake: An Update – January 2006
| This
package shows the devastating effects of the earthquake
in October 2005 and the efforts made by our partner
churches in the recovery operation. It includes
a documentary which lasts around 15 minutes with
music and narration and a PowerPoint presentation,
which is silent. |

Every copy of the package costs £2 and all money
raised will be sent to our partner churches’ Earthquake
Appeal.

Activity resources
Get active with one of our packs which are designed for
audiences young and old.
Send care, deliver happiness - stamp appeal 2008
This year's stamp appeal will raise money for a project
that helps young girls in North India return to school
and continue their education.

In Someone Else's Shoes - July 2006 Update
| Following on from the
March 2006 Update which focussed on the everyday
lives of students at Livingstonia Synod’s
Theological College in Malawi, Together
congregations will soon be receiving news from World
Mission and Christian Aid’s partners in India
who are responding to HIV and AIDS. Included in
the pack are case studies and ideas on how to add
an Indian theme to your Sunday service. |
