CHURCH OF SCOTLAND TRUST

Remit

The Church of Scotland Trust was established by an Act of Parliament in 1932. The Trust's function since January 1995 has been to hold properties outwith Scotland and to act as trustee in a number of third-party trusts.

Membership

Members are appointed by the General Assembly, on the nomination of the Trust. The Chairman is Christopher N. Mackay and Vice-chairman is Robert Brodie. Iain Grimmond, the Church's General Treasurer, is also Treasurer of the Church of Scotland Trust. Secretary and Clerk is Jennifer Hamilton of the Kirk's Law Department.
