Address ID must be valid within 3 months. * Where the applicant cannot produced visual ID, CRBS will accept a endorsed passport size photograph and a letter signed and dated by Minster, Session Clerk etc which states “ I certify that (name of applicant) residing at (enter full address) has been known to myself for (enter duration of time)”. The letter should accompany the Disclosure Scotland application and be forwarded to the Safeguarding Office.
