Auburn Coaching Institute in Scotland

The Auburn Coaching Institute is dedicated to supporting church leaders and nurturing pastoral excellence. It is a six month program for clergy and professional religious leaders consisting of two retreats and twice monthly individual sessions with a coach.
open hands It offers a chance for religious leaders to reflect on their ministry and their call to serve. Coaching offers encouragement and development of skills for ministry as well as allowing time for reflection and supports clergy self care.

The Auburn Coaching Institute is a programme of Auburn Theological Seminary in New York City. It has been offered in Scotland since the fall of 2007 primarily targeting those clergy working in the priority areas. Future offerings will include coaching training to insure the programme can be continued by people here in Scotland.
