We had already had an evening service on this topic and have discussed it in very general terms at our kirk session. 
Taking time to think
We have sent our minister off to a conference, to learn more about it. Our development committee, ministers, elders and members have copies of the report and the study guide and are reading it to compare our congregations life and priorities with the thinking expressed in the report. We plan to discuss it over several meetings. We hope to bring the thinking to our members attention by having four services on the theme in August and by inviting them to meet in small groups to discuss what excites us about being the church at this time. We see the impact of the report as taking some time to alter the thinking of our average member.
