This role will work alongside local parties in a period of experimentation into Hub-style, and other new Ministries. With your thorough understanding, of the demands of ministry, and knowledge of the remit of the Ministries Council, you will co-ordinate an action research project investigating the feasibility and potential modelling for team approach to ministry across a number of parishes and relating to an identified set of presbyteries.
Using your analytical skills, experience in evaluation and exceptional interpersonal skills, you will liaise, support and lead on this project resulting in the writing and presentation of the final project report.
Additonally, you will be responsible for the responsible for continuing ministerial development, for the Church’s 275 Readers and over 100 Ordained Local and Auxiliary Ministers.
