Office Management

The Office Management Department is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Church Offices at 121 George Street, Edinburgh. The department comes under the remit of the Central Services Committee.

Its remit includes:

  • management of a maintenance budget for the upkeep of the Church Offices
  • responsibility for all aspects of health and safety for staff, visitors and contractors working in the building
  • managing a team of staff providing the offices with security, reception, mail room, print room, switchboard, day-to-day maintenance services and committee room bookings, and
  • overseeing all sub-contracted services such as catering, cleaning, boiler-room maintenance, intruder alarm, fire alarms and lift
